Practise every moment that you put on the brakes to come back, to ground, to land again and again and again in Being.

So these are alarms that tell us not to go too far from Being, not to separate too much from Being.

So the journey in my mind is ultimately the melting down of the frozen waters in Essence, becoming our human beingness, experiencing our humanness, seeing that the Absolute is really nothing but the basic nature of our humanness on a mind frequency.

And on the level of the substance it is water. And individuality is made of other composites that are very beautiful.

The Diamond Logos teachers listed on this website all have the depth of experience, knowledge and skill required to teach and guide others in this approach.
Some of the Diamond Logos work involves traversing difficult passages requiring specific training – each accredited teacher that is held under the Diamond Logos umbrella has completed the required in-depth training over many years and is supported by on-going supervision.

Others that claim to be teachers or trainers of the Diamond Logos teaching are not fully trained or accredited and do not have my permission to share this work. I cannot take any responsibility for the work that they do and I would like to warn students of possible harm from those teachers should you choose to work with them.

Adhira de Grip

New Teacher - The Netherlands

 
Born in the Netherlands, Adhira lived and worked in various countries as a medical doctor in New Zeeland, England, and as a doctor in training in Brasil and South Africa, before returning to her home country some years ago. She studied medicine in Rotterdam finishing in 1997 and worked as a medical doctor for 15 years. Meanwhile she followed her curiosity and her heart about a deeper health and healing, the path of the Soul, motivated by her own healing journey and studied and trained in various alternative and healing approaches, for example the Barbara Brenan School. She has also trained in Reconnective Healing, Quantum Touch, Light Flower Essences, EFT, Release Technique, and in Equine Asssisted Therapy. This resulted in a decision to change career to become a psychotherapist and to deepen in the field of the work of Essence.

She studied at the Essential Psychotherapy Institute (EPI, based in the Netherlands), where she is now working as a facilitator. She now works as an Essential Therapist in Netherlands, working with therapeutic sessions, meditations and inner child deconditioning and other evening groups, and via zoom reaching many countries. Her training of Essence started with Vedanta in 2017 and in April 2025 she was appointed as a New Teacher in the Diamond Logos Teachings.

Agnieszka Wrzosek Borodiuk

New Teacher - Poland

Psychologist, integrative experiential psychotherapist working in Warsaw, Poland, gathering her experience since 2012 from various psychotherapy modalities. In 2020 she was certified by Vedanta Aspioti from the Essential Psychotherapy Institute. Since 2022 she is running the Bhavana Center in Warsaw, a center of Psychotherapy and Meditation. She came in touch with the Diamond Logos teachings through Vedanta, and she has been studying the Diamond Logos Teachings with her the since 2021.
In April 2025, she was appointed as a New Teacher.
She is giving individual sessions (eg. Inner Child deconditioning, body work), couple work, open session and more, and she is also leading groups. She has gathered a team around her, all working under the umbrella of Bhavana Center. She is also a facilitator in the EPI since 2020. She is a wife and mother of a beautiful daughter since 2015.

Amana Sposito

Teacher - Italy, China 

She has trained in Adult Education and has over twenty years of experience in the field of teaching coordination.  A disciple of Osho since 1992, she was trained in India and in Europe in Breath Work, Bioenergetics Techniques, Codependency and Systemic approach.  She has integrated her personal and professional training with the work on Essence of the Diamond Logos Teachings with Faisal Muqaddam, which she has followed since 2001.  She offers individual sessions and workshops on Conscious Relating, Enneagram and DLT both in Europe and Asia. 

With Bhakta Oechslin, her partner in life and work, she developed the professional counseling training “Essential Relating” inspired by the work on Essence and Psychology of the ego of the DLT.  She is a member of the Italian Professional Association of Counselling and Holistic Practitioners SIAF – registered as Counselor Trainer.
